Dr No and Mr Hritz are the experts on this regalia, but I would NOT describe these badges as authentic. We have many images of authentic SSTV regalia here.

The photographs are not very good. They do have a strong resemblance to those copies originating in Latvia. Really good clear, straight-on, photos would be necessary for positive attribution.

Also the coat itself isn't a SS coat, even for this rank it must be a private purchased example made of a smoother cloth
