Trusty website for birthday goods
As my birthday is approaching, I was wondering from what money I have left over (after getting drunk); if this is a reputable site for getting SS goods from?
The Collector's Guild
I have been looking at some of the collar tabs and I am pretty impressed. Much appreciated for any input. Quick note the collar tabs I show in the image are from the website and this is sort of an idea of what I am looking for.
Thanks,
Clark

Re: Trusty website for birthday goods
High prices and high shipping costs should be taken into consideration. There is some good stuff there and the dealer has a good reputation but shop around and you will find cheaper.
I don't know if the above tabs are a pair or if the rank stripes have been added recently, I'll let the SS guys tell you more.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Any idea where I can find similarly decent goods for a cheaper price?

Hi Clark
The Collectors Guild is very reliable but as Adrian says the shipping is expensive
Try here, its a UK based SS specialist dealer so the shipping will be much better
Hanners Reich

Re: Trusty website for birthday goods
An overall nice site. Adrian is correct. Shipping costs tend to be through the roof, and add PayPal fees on top of that and it all adds up quickly. They do a lot of items on consignment so that accounts some for the prices. I don't dabble in anything SS, especially cloth, so I can't help you with that. Good luck and have a safe birthday...whenever it is. Personally, id skip the drunk part and spend all the money on militaria, and no hangover!

The name is Hannah's Reich, not Hanner.
I have only had the most positive experiences with Whammond on Collector's Guild, in fact.
