Unusual SS Runes

Hi Guys can anyone explain these runes as they seem to be a lot thiner than the normal design HB or Bob any help Please

Hi Greg, I recognise the photo. Simply a custom tailor made set of tabs. If you note, the whole jacket is tailor made, with long pointed collar, more curved pocket flaps, etc.
