Unusual winter hat ...

Here is an unusual winter hat, i am not familiar with the totenkopf design on this one, in fact, not even sure if it is German. Any help guys? Real, fake, German, WWII, any ideas?

Definitly not a German cap. For the life of me I can't remember which European country it is from at the moment.
It has a fake skull patch.

Cap is Swedish and the badge is a fake SS Panzer beret insignia.
