I am not expert in these. I cannot say about the shoulder boards. It is very easy to add the black Unterlage, so one would have to examine the things in hand. The key to the latter is the quality of badge cloth. I really specialize in the more or less pre 1940 insignia for black uniforms. Hritz would know, but he does not appear here very much anymore. However, this insignia belongs in the original SS place. We deliberately made a cap insignia thing to separate the "sculls" from the rest of things.
The eagle is original. The shoulder boards do appear to be original, with signs of having been applied into the shoulders of a uniform. Shoulder boards were ready made items and also made by tailors. There is little evidence without an in hands inspection, but they do look like an original and used pair.
