Waffen SS STAMP ?

Hello,
I found stamp of Waffen SS, seller is telling me that it was found in Wrocław = Poland. Is that a genuine piece ? If Yes what should be the price for such item? And to what it was used by Germans? Docs? Clothing? maybe some Weapon , ammo boxes stamping ?

It would be easy to call this a crude fake and be done with it, but upon closer examination it appears to be a Cloth Stamp for use on blankets, supply-bags, etc...The Runes and Lettering are well done, and I think this one stands a chance as being legit, (and I'm suspicious of many things coming from Poland, as many fakes are coming from there)...However, I am not an SS Collector and will wait to see what our more learned associates have to say...
