Waffen SS tunic with '5'th Sturm cufftitle

Okay, this picture is for sale at WAF.
I'm seeking an explenation for the combination of these insignia.
Clearly a Waffen SS tunic but with an Allgemeine SS cufftitle 5th Sturm. Does someone can explain this please?
First time that I see this combination.

He also seems to have 'slip ons' with cloth '5' on his shoulderboards. Very curious.

I can't quite make it out but if the shoulder board has an embroidered '5' then the man most likely served with SS-Totenkopf- Standarte 5. In March 1941 it, along with other Totenkopf Standarten, was redesignated and the skull was replaced by the SS runes. Thus that combination. The unit was disbanded later that year so presumably this picture dates from within that time frame.
As for the cuff band it may have been a personal affectation for the portrait or perhaps members of the unit wore them, impossible to tell really.

It is not textbook combination but what is textbook eventually?
Insignia combinations on their tunics stay a source of surprises from time to time.
