What is this patch? How much could it be worth?

it,s copy.no bether say-it,s nice done job after war.but not ww2 period.as everybody knows there are so many latvian ss veterans still living in usa.sometimes they made such stuff for them self(as amemory piece)-i mean for some legion veterans organizations.usualy made by somebodys personal initiative-vithout eny regulaton.-probably this is it. if somebody try to sell it as ww2 piece.hmmm-dont believe him.

If original, i've seen them for sale on various dealers sites from between $100-$300 dollars depending on whom you buy from.

This is not original as already pointed out.

But you can find good wartime (correct pattern) unissued versions at many dealers.

hello.newer forget-SELLER,s are reday to tell you enything..sometimes you can hear stories about so secret underground factories-believe or not but nobody in DRITEN REICH( Adie,chiken Henrich,Gob,Herman)-nobody of these freedom fighters newer kneew about these labs.guess what they produced-UNISSUED patches,arm shields etc.ewerything down there was so secret.sorry about my bla bla.THATS REALY GREAT ABOUT THIS FORUM-always easy to ask for opinion.
