What type of SS eagle is this?
I have seen this SS sleeve eagle on a militaria website and was wondering what era it would have been made and also is it original?
I don't know much about SS eagles but I have not see this type before, I think it is properly a fake of an early example.
Any info about SS eagles would be much appreciated as I am just learning, thanks.

I was wondering if the initial pictures have been mixed up .. ?
The extremely rare period CAPE eagle was one of the more complex pieces of hand-embroidery in silver , while all I can see is a machine-embroidered EM eagle of somewhat dubious quality .
Judging from its proportions IMO not a sleeve eagle in the first place , looks like it was rather meant for a CAP than a CAPE .. ?
