Bill has a huge reputation in the field! A seller of quality items. And this does look very nice!!!! Too rich for me though!!!

I would say it is well worth every penny of the $26,750.00 he is asking for it.
I might be willing to sell one of my sub guns to buy it, as that is really a fantastic tunic.

The piece is wholly real, save for the dorked up shoulder board, which is not the correct one. Such authentic shoulder boards (with the loop) are present in certain cases and would be needed for this piece.
Shea gets nice material. I have no idea of whether such a price is appropriate, but the piece is authentic.
The cap to go with this object was on the Canadian site in the last two years, as well.
