wondering about this uniform???

Hello Members,
I found this photo from a "Scharführer". I`m wondering about his unusually uniform, shoulderboards are Police and I don`t know the cap?
Have you any Idea which unit he was?

Hi, he is a member of the SD going by the blank collar tab.

Cap is non regulation, along with the insignia for a cap of this style.

sd made a change over of shoulder boards in 1942 to what he is showing police pattern .
