    Default My Biggest One Yet!

A recent addition. The largest sized helmet I have in my collection. M40 ET68. Everything looks good on her. Some damage to the liner and no strap but the decal remains in very good condition. I think the previous owner burned a lot of candles as it smell of scented candles. Should make my display cabinet smell nice

Thanks, it's a very nice, spot on ET decal, right down to the dimple on the talon. A Craigslist find, too.

Good ol' Craigslist eh? ..... like Evilbay, there can be gems occasionally.
A cracker lid ( and nice "museum curator" action with the soft cotton gloves too )

Ah! Here she is, I was looking forward to seeing this one since I heard about it, and a beauty she is too. Really nice & big bucket mate, I need a Heer just like this one
If anyone would like a custom piece of artwork for your war room please let me know! I am currently doing A2 sized sketches of a subject of your choice. Either copy an existing picture or create a scene based on your brief. Details in the 'other militaria' section of the classifieds.

I also have a deac Mk1 (1941) Enfield Bren gun & Transit case for sale, mint condition. Also looking for trade offers. UK only I'm afraid.

I take a look around CL every once in a while. Most things are junk or overpriced. Once in a blue moon I find something decent not far from me.

ObKreieger, that depends on what you are offering lol. But I think I will hold onto it for a while. I like having a big ol bucket in the collection. And it sits very nicely next to my NS64 M40 with complete decal. if I can find a complete identical ET that I can upgrade to, then I may let this one go.

And yes Andy, this is the lid I told you about.

Lot # should put production around mid to late 1940, prior to ET starting over on their lot #'s.
