WWII German Helmet Authentic?

I really would like to know if anyone thinks this helmet is authentic or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The wrong liner constructed from a pieces of original liner, also wrong fastening to the helmet, unfortunately I cant recognize the origin of the maker. The decals placed in the wrong position, but really interesting to see any close ups. But even from that picture I have doubds about the army decal

I believe that this helmet is a Spanish helmet that someone that did not have a clue as to what they were doing tried to make it look like a WWII German helmet.

All of the above is correct and maybe even more is wrong. This helmet was not intended for ww2 nazi germany.

It is an original M-35,reissued by the spanish army,most of them were send from Germany to Spain during the spanish civil war,decals are fake.
