Postal services can be very unstable at times, which is very frustrating. Hopefully he will have it soon. No track&trace on the parcel???

That means it's only 10 days or so. Nothing to worry about lads

There should be a tracking number on the receipt from the post office. Also remember the postal service have an internal tracking system parallel to the normal tracking. They can always find it if needed!
