That's great mate, looks like a good reunion there. Looking forward to the rest of your pics I wonder if it is the same box I sent it out in, I can't remember at all what it looked like. Has anyone replaced it along the way? It must have about a kilo of tape on it by now lol....

It was really fun receiving the helmet mate. I just had to do something so... Tomorrow i have a birthday of my wife's best friend... Sunday i am also a bit hung up but if i get some time we will go to the Red Square. It's 5 min drive from here. This is why i will keep it until next weekend. Sorry about that
Cheers

Don't think it's the same box, the one I got from Denmark is still with me. Ironically, the box I sent to Russia contained another helmet when I got it.

Very nice video and pics mate It's a shame that small monument is forgotten in a corner of the park there, but it looks like somebody takes care of it at least.
Love the pics in front of the church.

Thanks Andy. I will try and make it to Victory Park. It's the place where Napoleon was standing and waiting to handed the key to the gates of Moscow. Needless to say he never got them LOL
Yes there are signs of someone putting flowers and cleaning up a bit too at the memorial.
Cheers
