    Here is one that I picked up but I am in the process of letting go! It is a Bell L, which I am a huge fan of. Liner is original to the helmet and has a name written on the liner and the skirt. Its a nice example. Enjoy!

    Looks like the Bell L type was sold to Latvia, due of this type of helmets are most seen being worn by Latvian army in 1920-40's

    Thanks for the compliments on the helmet and for clarification.
    I had no idea they were produced in Latvia-collectors that I know had no idea who the maker was or where they were produced and I just learned something new here!!

    No, these were SOLD to Latvia, not made there

    haha! I wasnt paying attention!! Got it right this time though. Is it true the firm of Richard Lindenberg produced them in Westphallia?
    I thought no one really knew any information on the Bells
