    I have never seen the palm tree decal in use on a helmet,I think that is a fantasy item.

    If I remember right this has already been discussed in the helmet thread quite a few months back. I think the conclusion was it is like stated above a fantasy.

    An old fake that dates back to the late 60's/early 70's. A total fantasy as previously stated.

    You can find a set of these on kelsmilitary.com. for $4.00. Kelley's Military has all sorts of repro items. Hope this helps. I'm certain you weren't asking for a "spare" set of real decals from these folks. rick

    guys i had an afrika coloured helmet and i painted the crude palm tree and swastika as the soldiers did in the field on the helmet and it looked very good. Of course the paint rubs off in seconds
