I tried to get better pictures, but the light is failing and I will have to re-attempt tomorrow. I have an ET64 with the lot code 1181. There is, I think, definitely a decal peaking out (better pictures tomorrow) and I'm hoping that someone could let me know if there is any way to tell which branch this helmet belonged to!

    Cheers,

On the GHW2 database I see an ET64 1183. It is a SD Luft. But not sure if this is much help.

This is the best shot I can do of the decal...not sure if proportions are right for a Luft decal...

Nice looking lid. You won't get a definitive branch of service from a lot number, at best maybe a hot clue based on a close relative number but no guarantee.
