Will let others comment on the camo, but I thought they stopped putting dates on the dome stamp prior to '43?? I could be wrong on this however...will look it up when I get home.

    Welcome to the forum.

Camo looks like it was done with a spray can!......
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

I think it's a dangerously good repaint myself.
There is patina but not enough age to it.
For me it has been built up with a good liner and an original shell but thats all.

Indeed, the shell and liner do not match age-wise.........

I wouldn't go near this one I'm afraid.
The shell itself, and the liner are period pieces by themselves.
But the paint, both inside and out looks bad to me.
The dome acceptance stamp looks about as genuine as a $3 bill not cool

Dates on dome stamps stopped in '39 and as Brad noted, it's a pretty bad fake regardless of the date issue.

We've all been there....post here before buying for opinions and pick up a good reference book! Will save on the pain!
