In this Army DD MD40 Helmet 100% Authentic???

I think the chin strap is from a reissue norwegian helmet as ive seen this type buckle on them before.As for the decals id go with the comments made before. I think the liner has been altered to fit the helmet,check the rear of the liner to see if there would have been another tongue thats since been cut off also look for any markings , not always there but you might be lucky. Either thats the smallest helmet ive seen or you have goal keeper hands if so you should be signed up right away!!! lol
