Authenticating KM helmet (#2)

Hello everyone, recently I have come across two helmets that the seller is claiming to be 100% original Kreigsmarine helmets. I have limited experience dealing with these and would like to get other collectors opinions on the pieces before I decide to purchase them or not. Please let me know what you think.

This is a good KM. can we see the other profile. There should be a tricolor. Curious to see the other liner pins as well, close ups of them too.

Additional photos, seller told me "National shield was removed per 1942 regulations". What do you think?

100% correct KM but there were no 42 regs to remove the national shield , that was 1940.
You'll see it done on a lot of KM helmets as opposed to Heer or Luftwaffe.
