Beach trip finds

Article about: The chinstrap (not the leather holding the strap) looks like the actual strap maybe it came off, the little metal buckle looks just like the ones on the fire helmets.

    Your liner is good and you chinstrap also but missing some parts.

    Well, judging by the HJ knife blade and small diamond, it appears to be of the early types made, before RZM marks were added. I can't really tell from the pics, but it looks like the leather washer is gone? does it have a ricasso ?, I think these should have the motto as well, does it? I also agree the scabbard is of the fighting/boot knife variation but not sure if its a repro or just a re-paint. Overall, I think that is a decent price for the HJ.

    The inside of the scabbard is very worn it is defiantly a repaint
