Hi Orel, As has been said above It is most likely Been repainted and reissued to the Chekz civil defence. The ones i've seen comeing from Europe sell for $100-$200 Dollars and there's plenty of them, I like to imagine whats under the paint especially the earlier models, and as you said it's a nice Lid.
