Chinstrap

Hello everyone. Sorry, I don't have a pic yet of the chinstrap in question, but I am asking if anyone has any information on a strap maker with the first name ending "....MANN" the second name ending something like "...PPERSTIAL" and it's dated 1940. I also have the same maker mark on a 1938 Luftwaffe M35 DD with the same chinstrap maker mark, dated 1937, and has LBA stamped in the correct location, which leads me to believe this is a genuine strap maker. But, I'm throwing it out there to you all for advice or info. Much appreciated!

Visible should be some pics of the strap. The lettering is worn down pretty good, so I couldn't really get it to come out well. It has 13 holes. The leather is pliable but pretty stiff. Thanks for any advice anyone can give.
