Combat helmet Chin strap opinion

Please help to define if an actual thing or a forgery. I wish to buy, but there is a doubt.Please help.

Could I please have your opinion on these chin strap.

I am not helmet guru but I had a couple repro chin straps years ago. Buckle & Hardware clasp / button on this looks like post war. I would wait for more experience Lid experts but my guess here is not good. I may be mistaken as well.

Here was an old thread that may help on another chin strap. Please, original or repro chin strap?

Hi, well the leather does not have "fuzzy" edges, so that is a good sign. Personally I think it may be ok but I cannot really tell what metal the buckle is made from in the images, maybe others have a better eye! Leon.
