Comments on Luft M35 DD EF 64

All,

I was looking at this helmet but would like comments/opinions

Both decals look good - the tri color not scraped?
I would like think the liner/pins look original to the helmet?
The 2 sets of numbers on the liner?

100% correct, and it looks as if it has a brown chinstrap, which I like on M35 Lufts. I don't know what the ink stamps on the liner are, sorry. They do look period to me however. Nice helmet. Jim G.

Now that is a nice helmet, good decals, liner, chinstrap, plus dome stamp, square chinstrap posts and a double skin liner ring just right for an M35 , well done Mike

Agree, a nice M35. I like it when the liner takes on the slightly boxy shape on these, gives me a warm feeling it has not been swapped out

Thanks for all the comments - I have purchased this helmet.

This is my first M35 and double decal and the helmet comes with I think a period name tag.

The dome stamp states it was the property of Flak Regt. Forth

Glenn - thanks and yes I decided very fast to purchase this as I knew it would not last long. Good decals, liner, chinstrap, plus dome stamp, square chinstrap posts and a double skin liner ring for a M35 doesn't last long!!!

I have been beaten to the punch before looking for something like this - I got lucky
