It's not an M 35..... Believe it's a M 34, not. Combat helmet, used by civil firefighters etc., thiose leather tabs hanging down from the liner were to hold a leather neck flap to protect th neck whilst fighting fires. So this helmet would be a M34 firefighters helmet. This helmet also has the vent holes in the shell , that's why these ar sometimes called" pepper shaker" helmets.

Mine is a aluminium Waterford fighters helmet more or less complete, except for the neck flap, and I paid 340.

Yours is a bit rough, but if it were me, 125 aint bad, I'd pay that for it. Decals look ok, but would need close ups, but I don't reckon you could go too far wrong

I believe so, the eagle on mine is gold, therefore denoting a water based firefighter, I assume the othe decal would be for land based police or firefighter
