Double decal police over army decals,,,good or bad?

So far so good , would like to peek under the hood and know the maker and lot number.

very nice helmet that you have there,,,the one up for discussion is marked "E.F. 62" and lot number is "801"...has the early square chinstrap loops,,,Robert

Robert, very good piece, I tink Its so is OK double decal, I have a nazi police helmet, with double decal and has a enbosy a round (Its a manufacturig defec)
