German M40, good deal for that price?

Hi all again! i have the chance to buy this german helmet SD from a latvian seller for 250€, is not the best conditions, and i'm not an expert in that kind of helmets, (I usually buy relic helmets in worst conditions), so, it worth it? should i buy this, or let it go? Feel free to opinate, every opinion it's helpful.

I asked the seller for it, but i haven't got it yet, anyway, the decal is in very bad conditions when the photo arrives, i'll post it here

I think it's a bit high for the condition IMO.

I'm gonna shoot from the hip on this one and say it's a ground dug helmet (might explain the condition of the decal) that's had a liner thrown into it. I wouldn't touch this one.

More photos arrived, not too much close to the decal, but we can see that is not a SD! what is it then?

Remains of a Police and Party decals (maybe! still can't say they are genuine from so far away.) Still not worth the money.
