Germany's combat Helmets

Article about: This thread is to show some of my helmets in my collection, others are also welcome to post theirs. I want to keep this thread going! Annoyed from this ads?   First up is my SD Heer M42

    Default Camo's!!!!!

    Just reviving this old but great thread. These have already been posted in their own threads but thought I would add them here as well. Enjoy!

    First up is a WWI German M1916 Camo. Maker/size is G62 (Gebrueder Gnuechtel A.G., Lauter i./Sa.) Heat lot code on inside crown is R 1058. R is for Stahlwerk Röchling,Volkingen

    See attached Luftwaffe M35,I have owned this helmet since 1979 (i was 17 crumbs a life time ago) draw string is a luftwaffe blue boot lace haha, cheers Paul

    Thanks for that MAP.

    Sadly, I have not gotten any new helmets since I started the thread. My collecting focuses have shifted to side caps, and daggers.
