It´s an late war M42 EF

I thought EF would have been one of the last independent badge manufacturer and would attached specifically on their M42 helmets thin winged "Jordan Adler by Huber and Körner?

Could you please enlighten me why an ET decal and how could it be !?

That's not a problem, you can find the ET decal on a number of different manufacturer's helmets. It's quite ubiquitous. That's a nice M42
