Heer helmet - authentic?

Hello,
I am trying to get better photos of this one.
The seller is asking $620.
Any thoughts on authenticity and price are appreciated.
I will add better photos when I get them.

The shell looks like a real M35 double decal with a field applied overpaint. There is a steel banded liner in it, which may or may not be a period replacement. I like field repaints, and I usually don't comment on price, but I wouldn't be to thrilled with this one because of the liner. In my opinion the money could be put towards a really nice SD Luft. Just my 2 cents, Jim G.

Looks honest enough but might have had a liner switch-out. I'm not a fan of the smaller lids so personally would pass but if it floats your boat then go for it. especially if you can knock $100 off the price.

The liner could be a period change considering this is a field reissue, if the pins dont look buggered and the linerband has evidence of being in there forever I wouldnt worry about it. I dont know on price so much, but the helmet looks good, price for you to decide if its good for your budget or not.

I've seen worse, and at least someone has not tried to "dig out" the decal for once!! If the price is good for you go for it! Leon.
