I'll post asap (It may be one of yours, Doug.........!)

Maybe a shelf representing each branch or different color combo's instead of all SS, even though all SS is pretty damn badass!!!!!
Thats true, they would look pretty small. Of all my helmet photography this one is my fav, but there are some great member helmets here too. I am just trying to get the creative juices flowing! (And the rum. it is a long weekend here and its Friday night! Ralph, we are having a fire in the backyard, they get pretty big by about 3 AM so let me know if you can see the flames from your place LOL!)

GOLD and GRASS.
An SS Winter Camo M42 perchance?

Now your talking Doug. I vote for the seasoned SS M42
Or how about a netted Normandy SS M42, named, unit marked and researched.

In the interest of full disclosure it is period German helmet net which I added to this helmet for extra "flair".
...or a nearly never used named and researched Q M35 DD with the ubiquitous SS VA 1938 marked strap?

The netted is too dark. When it gets that small it needs good contrast. The M35 SS would also work but I really like the M42.
Doug all of those helmets are so beautiful. It really hard to decide.
It almost like asking which testicle needs to go???? Left Or Right???????????????
