I purchased a helmet at an antique place. The guy said it was from WW2. I don't believe it is. I bought it because it was interesting. But I would appreciate help identifying it. I can't find any markings on the helmet or the liner. It looks Russian to me, but I could be way off. Thanks for your help.

French F1, or something like that. 150% 1960/70's ish French issue. Ironically French beer is hindering my bullseye on this but I am somewhere near the money.

Yours ever so sincerely on a blurry early Sunday morning, Krad.

The helmet I am unshur of but the skrim I as well have seen before and looks to be possibly French modeled on a RSA M51.

That would make sense because i thought that camo netting was the older Nato type

After a little research, thanks to all of you, I think it might be a French M78.
