The only thing I like about this one is the helmet bolts showing the helmet size.

Correct, the ss is one of the infamous round bottom repros from what I know.

Add to this the overdone fake aging and the result is no good. A smaller size (probably 62) transitional helmet marred by fake insignia. NH

Hi, no good at all, as said, poor "round bottom" runes, both decals look as though they are way to thick and sit like blocks of card on the steel. Another ruined helmet. Leon.

Maybe salvageable? There was a post on this forum about a year ago where someone had quite good success removing a fake decal.
Such a shame as it's a beautiful helmet. I love the chunky Frankenstein bolts.
