Helmet size chart?

Hello everyone,

Do any of you have a chart where I can convert my head size in inches to the helmet size of German ww2 helmets? The only one I found is here, but I don't know if it is accurate:restored WW2 helmets

Take a tape measure that has centimetres and inches on it, measure your head in either and look at the equvalent size, use the centimetre size to match the helmet liner

Well, my head is 60mm which means I am a size 68. 1cm less and its 66. Would a 66 fit my head?

If you have a 60mm head then no helmet will ever fit you!

Anyway, I wear a 61cm liner and I can say that any helmet with a 66 shell will not even go over my head. A 66 shell might fit you, but it will be extremely uncomfortable. I would suggest getting a 68/60.

I assume you mean 60cm, that would be the liner size you need, a 60/61 cm liner will fit a size 68 shell but this is for the m31 liner system, if you wanted a m38 paratrooper helmet you would need a size 71 shell with a 60/61 m38 liner system
