Help needed with helmet authentication please

They look like stickers. I had been trying to place the decal maker but couldn't nail it down. Funny looking beak. Very squashed against the face.

With the closeups I agree, they look very much raised above the surface of the paint. But graphically they are pretty good I think.

These are some of the better fake Police decals out there. They would have fooled me without a second look
