Terrible pictures but all I have been able to get sent at the moment, could I have thoughts on the paint. If it has a chance I’ll try for better pictures. Has taken a lot of emails to get these so far.

Hi, looks like that may well be a ship board grey over painted SE Kriegsmarine contract helmet from 1940 to me, but better pictures would be good to be sure. Leon.
