Identification Appreciated

I recently acquired a collection of Soviet and Finnish helmets from a friend. The helmet pictured was in the collection nd I would appreciate an identification. There are no markings and the fingers of the liner , close-up provided, look like Soviet 'fish fur' and there is no provision for a drawstring. Can someone identify this helmet for me?

The helmet is a Czech Vz30!....

The liner doesnt look Finnish maybe the original Czech liner ?

The liner looks like it was cut from a ushanka or similar cap. The backing is almost identical to that on a ushanka in my collection but with a thinner pile. It is too thin to offer much protection by itself. Perhaps interior padding has been removed or maybe it was an improvised way to serve as a friction fit over another piece of headgear. Any other ideas?
