What do you think has this liner ever been used?

I wouldn't like to say for sure but it does look clean, Although both shell and liner look like they have suffered a bit for poor storage over the years. Cheers, Sean.

Hi ,it looks a good M42 to me, maybe the original owner was a desk jockey with access to a bath and a clean head! Leon.

From what I can see, it has had a bit of wear but not much exposure to dirt and sweat.
Maybe not worn in any heavy combat, but worn none the less.
Judging by the ink stamp, I'd wager that it is a Werner Zahn made liner.
