Luftschutz liner

I don't know to much about the luftschutz liners and I'm wondering what these markings are on this liner, I can't find another liner like it.

First one is Luftwaffe Schule or mark for Luftwaffe school I have encountered this in Luftschutz beaded helmets; 98/05 bayonet frogs and other LS items second one is some type of party or police stamp maybe I have no insight to what it is. timothy

Thanks for the info Timothy, I was thinking police at first as well and is it odd to see these two on the same liner?

And is it rare to see?

I consider the Luftschutz stamp to be fairly rare, and to me very desirable. They are just plain neat. Jim G.

Thanks for the input jim, Its from a helmet thats in the mail (christmas present) its a beaded M35 ET66 with the luftschutz decal.
