Luftschutz M39 "Gladiator" ?

I have this Luftschutz M39 "Gladiator" , I am not sure which model it is or other info,but I have an idea

Luftschutz M39 "Gladiator" style, The helmet has two groups of seven ventilation holes to either side of the crown. The visor/neck guard has a semi-circular "ear" cut-out to either side. The interior has a light brown leather, and the chinstrap is complete. The reverse interior neck guard apron is marked with the stamped numbers 239/25. The helmet was supplied to Bulgaria by Germany for use in Civil and Air Defence

The helmet is a one piece M44. The stamp should read
RL2-39/25. Made by Eisenhuttenwerk, Thale.
