    Nice lid but i'm not a fan of the camo, it looks like it was done with an modern aerosol can!...
    It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

    I first encountered this helmet in the very early 1970's, I have no problem at all with the cammo finish on this one. I have seen similar helmets in period photos,
    and this helmet also has battle damage, where there is some paint flaked off the side, the helmet has taken a hit of some kind, and has actually pushed the side of
    the flange on the helmet in slightly, and knocked off the paint. Something a faker would find rather difficult to do. I do understand that there are some who are not
    crazy about cammo's but this one I am quite happy with.
