    Gday,
    this Q64 reissue iv had a while now its still got the luftwaffe adler under the paint but the sheild was removed as per 1940 regs.
    The chinstrap has a flak unit marking and the liner is marked ww
    1940 zinc liner band with one square bale and the other rounded

    Looks like the unit marking is sliced into the chinstrap? Very interesting... cool looking helmet that has certainly been there/ seen that.
