Looks ok to me... (please don't take my word on it. I am still a novice).

The one red flag that pops up for me is the backwards "E" in the marker mark stamp... maybe some of the more experienced posters here can provide and explanation for this?

Do you have pictures of the lot number stamping and a better/ close up shot of the decal by any chance?

Helmet looks ok but a decal close-up should be provided to be absolutely sure.
The misstamped ET is not a problem.
