Article about: Hello, still nothing new from the other helmets I posted earlier.. Anyway, another guy has answered my ww2 interest ad with a Luftwaffe M40 SD. The interior is obvious an awful post-war repl

That depends, I bought it with some other things (or I haven't bought it yet.) But I could say that I got it for around 500-750 GBP. Doesn't too bad for a nice decal.

750 seems quite high you can pick a complete single decal up for that I would say no more than 400 max and that is generous

£75.00 is a bargain, rip that horrendous liner out and you have a good looking shell! Leon.

LOL, I had to pick my jaw up of the floor when I saw you bought it for £750! £75 is not bad at all.

Hopefully the black stuff will come off cleanly and you can find a salty liner for a good price.

Luckily i'm not so desperate that I would give 750! Any idea of how to clean the black stuff? There isn't many places/ websites in Sweden were i've found separate liners to buy.. Is there any good european dealers who sells liners for a good price? One alternative would be to get a German/ Norwegian dyed.

It's had a hard life but for 75 it is a good grab.
