M-35 helmet,need help

Hi, need help with this helmet. I might going to buy this helmet but I need your opinions about it. What do you think about the liner? He said that it's re-painted, don't know if it's wartime or postwar... It looks like its a SD.
It's marked ET 64 and is a size 57. The chinstrap is marked KÖLN 1940.
The price is around 200€.

It certainly has been re-painted and I expect it's a post war job, as the top is not consistent with the inside. There is, as you rightly say a trace of decal, for 200E it's worth a go, you may strike it lucky. The straps worth 100

Okey, yeah it looks postwar indeed. If it's postwar, would acetone be the best to use?

Btw, is the chinstrap worth that much?

Here is another helmet for sale but it's alittle more expensive, 500€.

What do you think about it? It's a "battle damaged" double decal polizei-helmet. I think the helmet looks nice but is the price right?

(I know that it's a shoelace)

The police helmet is 100% real and the much better choice. The battle damage doesn't detract in my opinion, and the price is definitely right. I would go for it. Good luck!, Jim G.

Okey, yeah it's a much better helmet. So around 500-550 euro is a good price for it? Also are you sure about the liner?
