    It is a reissued Army, not KM. Not a bad helmet despite the damage and poor liner.

    this is small helmet ,size ET64 and 7167. are you double decales this helmet

    Double decal when it was made at the factory, but it has been reissued sometime between the second half of 1940 and August 1943, roughly speaking. After 1940 the national shield decal was no longer applied to helmets, and usually painted over or removed from helmets already in service.

    The size is not so small, it is in fact the most common size.
