M16 Early SA

I really like Political helmets so this was a nice surprise to find at SOS some years ago.
Handpainted eagle in the front and part of a "ship home label" on the top dome.

Helmet is probably from the early 1930's.
The picture from Bundesarchiv is dated 1931.
Have no date on the SS / SA picture that is published in Ludwig Baer's German Helmet book.
