M18 reissued to the Heer

Just got this one. M18 with 1942 dated liner band and a typical reissue adler. (note the crooked position of the adler , perfectly normal

)
Chinstrap is maker stamped.

I'm pretty sure the name is postwar Dave , looks like it was written with a feltpen.
